Sir Ken Robinson was a keynote speaker at the Learning Solutions Conference 2010 and he spoke about his concept, “the element.” The element is the interception of aptitude and passion. I loved this talk and I feel highly motivated by the things he said. I have noticed a great deal of change in my life which began when I found and followed my passion, instructional design. The hard part now is to continue to follow the passion while living in the real world of pedantry.
